Document Management

Due to security restrictions, Trafalgar’s employees aren’t allowed to use mobile devices at some working sites. But MCS-rm lets them batch-scan signed documents, which will be filed automatically, and link to the respective contract, allowing digital storage.

Invoicing

MCS-rm offers one-click invoicing, and this feature has helped Trafalgar issues like double entry as everything is done in just a single click. This has helped streamline the invoicing process and increased their productivity, and given staff more time to focus on customers.

E-Sign

With the E-Sign feature, the company can create and send documents to customers, and the system also keeps track of documents that haven’t been signed yet. When the documents are approved, they’re sent back into the system, without requiring any manual intervention.

Split Deliveries

Thanks to the deliveries module, the company can now track their deliveries end to end. This feature especially eliminates any and all instances of equipment getting lost. This ensures customers that they will receive their deliveries on time, offering them much-needed assurance.
